Terms of Service

By accessing or using the EMDULAB platform, services, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.

EMDULAB provides enterprise digital solutions including web development, AI integration, infrastructure design, and cybersecurity consulting. All services are subject to separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) executed between EMDULAB and the client. Usage of our platform tools is granted under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. EMDULAB reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in unauthorized access attempts.

All code, designs, documentation, and materials created by EMDULAB remain the intellectual property of EMDULAB until full payment and explicit transfer of rights is executed. Client-provided materials remain client property. EMDULAB retains the right to display completed work in portfolios unless covered by a non-disclosure agreement.

EMDULAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to EMDULAB in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EMDULAB is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
